RunStack Automation LLC ("RunStack", "we", "us") provides marketing automation and advertising-management services to home-services businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in New Jersey, USA.

Information we collect

From prospects and visitors: name, email, business name, phone number, website, and any details you submit through our contact form or share during a consultation. Our site uses standard analytics and may set cookies to understand traffic and improve the experience.

From clients (during service delivery): to run and report on your advertising we access data in accounts you authorize us to manage, including Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Business Profile, and your CRM (e.g. HubSpot). This may include campaign performance, conversion and call data, and lead records. We access this data under permissions you grant and only to deliver the contracted services.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries; to set up, manage, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns; to improve our services; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We use the Google Ads API, Google Analytics, and related Google APIs strictly to manage and report on advertising for clients who have authorized us. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We also rely on CRM and hosting providers (e.g. HubSpot, Vercel, Supabase) that process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers above as needed to deliver our services, when required by law, or with your consent. We access client account data as an authorized manager, under the permissions you grant — we are not the owner of those accounts, and access ends the moment you revoke it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messaging service itself (our messaging service providers) or as required by law.

Text messaging (SMS)

We and the businesses we serve use text messaging for conversational, customer-care purposes: responding to customers and prospects who call or text business phone numbers we manage. For example, replying to a missed call, confirming or following up on a service inquiry, and coordinating appointments. We do not send marketing or promotional text blasts.

Consent: messaging is initiated by the customer, by calling or texting a business number, and messages we send are responses to that contact. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help or contact us at lkeenan@runstackautomation.com. After opting out you will receive no further texts from that number unless you re-initiate contact.

Phone numbers and message content are used only to provide the service described above, are retained only as long as needed for customer-care records, and are never sold.

Data retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it. Credentials and access tokens are stored securely and used solely to operate the services you authorize.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time. Clients can revoke our access to their accounts at any time, which ends our ability to process that account's data.
