Terms of Service

Services

RunStack provides marketing automation and advertising-management services for home-services businesses, including Google Ads campaign setup, management, and reporting; conversion tracking; landing-page and CRM integration; and related analytics. Specific deliverables, fees, and terms are defined in the written agreement for each client engagement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for granting the access we need to manage their accounts, for funding their own advertising spend directly with the ad platforms, for the accuracy of information they provide, and for responding to the leads our work generates. Clients retain ownership of their advertising and analytics accounts; we operate them as an authorized manager.

Fees & billing

Fees, billing cycle, and minimum term are set out in each client's engagement agreement. Advertising spend is paid by the client to the ad platforms and is separate from our management fees.

Third-party platforms

Our services depend on third-party platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, CRMs, and others). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions made by those platforms.

No guarantee of results

We apply professional best practices, but advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control (market conditions, budgets, platform algorithms, client responsiveness). We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunStack Automation LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months. Services and this site are provided "as is."

Termination

Either party may end an engagement per the terms of its agreement. On termination we unlink from your accounts; you retain ownership and continuity of those accounts.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

RunStack Automation LLC and the businesses we serve send conversational text messages to customers and prospects who contact business phone numbers we manage. For example, a reply when your call was missed, follow-up on a service inquiry you made, or appointment coordination. We do not send promotional text blasts. When you opt in to messaging, we may send a message confirming your signup.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with the conversation.

Cancel anytime: text STOP to the number that messaged you. We will reply once to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from that number unless you contact us again to re-start the conversation.

Help: text HELP to the number that messaged you and we will respond with instructions on how to use the service and how to unsubscribe, or email lkeenan@runstackautomation.com.

Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
